Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Upgrade instantly, or cancel anytime — you'll keep Pro features until the end of your billing period.
What happens when a monitor goes down?
We send you an instant email alert, and a recovery email when it's back. We also log the incident with its duration so you can track reliability over time. Pro adds SLA alerts when your response time exceeds a threshold you set.
How often are checks run?
The first check runs immediately after setup. Free monitors are then checked hourly; Pro monitors every 5 minutes. Response times are measured from the server, not the browser.
Is the speed test really free?
Yes — anyone can run a full speed test (PageSpeed Insights, SSL check, security headers) without an account. We limit it to 5 tests per hour per IP to prevent abuse. Pro turns this into scheduled Core Web Vitals tracking with trends over time.
Do you support status pages?
Yes — Pro users can publish a public status page for any monitor, showing 90-day uptime history and current status. You also get heartbeat (cron job) monitoring for background tasks.
Can I pay annually?
