1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DigiHosts (our website, advisor tool, uptime monitoring tool, and directory services), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not access or use the platform.

2. Description of Service

DigiHosts provides web hosting directory listings, AI-powered hosting recommendations, speed checking tools, and server uptime monitoring. Uptime monitoring and advanced features may require a paid subscription managed through LemonSqueezy.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features like uptime monitoring, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Uptime Monitoring Fair Use

Our monitor makes periodic HTTP/HTTPS requests to your configured websites. You represent that you own or have permission to monitor any URLs you register. We reserve the right to limit or terminate monitoring for URLs that appear malicious or exceed fair usage limits.

5. Subscription Fees and Payments

Paid plans are billed on a recurring subscription basis. Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, our merchant of record. All fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise. You can manage and cancel subscriptions at any time via the billing portal.

6. Limitation of Liability

DigiHosts and its features are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime monitoring or error-free recommendations. We will not be liable for any loss of profits, data, or business resulting from the use or inability to use our platform.
